RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and either exchange it for another product or get a full refund of your money not including postage and handling costs. As soon as we receive the return at our premises and confirm that it is in its original condition (it is not worn or damaged and accompanied by its original packaging and labeling) we will exchange it for another product of your choice or give you a full refund within 10 business days. In the case where payment was made by cash on delivery, you are required to provide bank account details in order for us to make a bank transfer of the amount.

RETURN OF PURCHASE AT THE EXPENSE OF TSAVALAS SHOES

The customer has the right to return a purchase made through our website at the expense of Tsavalas Shoes in the following cases:

 1.If, by fault of tsavalas.com, wrong products were sold (an error in the order, invoicing, delivery etc.). In this case, the customer can either decline to receive the product, or accept it and then ask for a return. For returns of products you have to complete the return form accompanying the product in its original packaging which should be enclosed in the returned package. The products must be in excellent condition, sealed in their packaging, complete and without any damage. The packaging of returned product has to be the one that initially came with the product and it should be in good condition.

2. If, by fault of tsavalas.com, products of bad quality were sold (damaged during the delivery or were initially defective etc.). In this case, the customer can either decline to receive the product or accept it and then ask for a return. For returns of products you have to complete the return form accompanying the product in its original packaging and which should be enclosed in the returned package. The returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of returned products should be the one that initially came with the product and it should be in good condition. Moreover, in case that the customer does not return the product, then the new product won't be sent to them and the customer will have to make a new order / purchase. The product must be returned in the condition that it was delivered.

In the above cases, the return of products is made through our courier service, Geniki Taxidromiki, at our expense (the Recipient).   For orders outside of Greece the customer initially pays for the postage and handling costs of the return which varies from country to country.  This expense is then reimbursed to the customer either by its addition to their full refund or by its subtraction from their new order. The exchanged items are shipped postage-free.

RETURN OF PURCHASE AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE


The customer has the right to return the products they bought without the need to offer an explanation for the return of the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer pays the postage and handling fees. In the case where the customer wishes to use our courier service, Geniki Taxidromiki, they can do so with the cost of postage and handling charged to tsavalas.com (the recipient). The cost of postage and handling for the return which is the same amount charged in the intial order will be deducted from the customer’s cash refund or will be added to the cost of the new purchase in the case of an exchange. For orders outside of Greece the customer pays for the postage and handling costs of the return which varies from country to country. The shipping and handling fees for the exchanged items are paid by the customer. 



Returns will be valid only if:

•    the return form is completed and enclosed in the package
•    an email is sent to info@tsavalas.com or
•    you communicate through telephone with the e-shop by calling (30) 27320 22337 within the above mentioned
      deadline.

The products that the customer wishes to return must be in the exact same condition in which they were delivered. In case of returns, the refund for the products that the customer ordered, will be completed within 10 business days from the date that tsavalas.com receives the returned products. The refund can be made to the customer's bank account which the customer will make known to tsavalas.com in writing on the return form to be enclosed in the package.

Note:

In the case of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all the documents that accompanied the product intact and in excellent condition (e.g. Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).

Returns at Factory

You can return your purchase. at the TSAVALAS Shoes factory located in Molaoi, Laconia on the national highway Sparta-Monemvasia.  Reimbursement is made upon return of goods as outlined above at the factory's outlet and only in cash without any extra charges.
