Tsavalas Shoes are made to order according to your specific preferences. For this reason, 2 extra days are needed to process your order upon its confirmation in addition to the time needed for shipping seen below.

METHODS AND COST OF SHIPPING

Shipping Within Greece

Your package is given to the courier service Geniki Taxydromiki and delivered to your door. The cost for this service  which includes the postage and handling fees is 3.00 Euro for the first kilo, 5.00 Euro for 1-2 kilos and 1.00 Euro for every kilo above two kilos.

If for some reason Geniki Taxydromiki does not cover your area, we kindly ask you to contact us and inform us in which manner you would like your package to be delivered.

 

Shipping Outside of Greece
Shipping for orders outside of Greece is made by registered mail through ELTA, Hellenic Post and the shipping costs varies from country to country. 

Pick up at Factory

You can pick up your order at the TSAVALAS Shoes factory located in Molaoi, Laconia on the national highway Sparta-Monemvasia after two business days.  Payment is made upon delivery of goods at the factory's outlet and only in cash without any extra charges.  

Additional Information 

Email Updates

Upon completion of your order you will automatically receive a confirmation in your email from us that your order is in process. This includes a copy of your order in detail. Once the products have been delivered to the postal services Geniki Taxydromiki or ELTA, after two business days, an email update of the status of your order will be sent to you along with the package’s tracking number which you can follow up until its delivery.
